This wine is named after the myriad of paths, tracks and trails that dominate the famous Morialta Conservation Park that are lovingly explored by its visitors.The Adelaide Hills wine region is located nearby and is equally famous for its ability to produce some of Australias best loved wines. Our winemakers explored many grape trails across the Hills to track down the best parcels of fruit to go into this wine.
Los Vascos Sauvignon Blanc
Los Vascos wines blend Lafite tradition with the unique terroir of Chile to create elegant wines that bring exceptional to the everyday. This vintage offers aromas of asparagus, passion fruit, lemonpeel, green apple, orange blossom and white fruits stand out. The palate has tension, long, with good balance between acidity and volume. The aromatic notes are very consistent on the finish and invite you to continue discovering its complexity.

Squealing Pig Sauvignon Blanc
The fruit for this Squealing Pig Sauvignon Blanc was sourced from vineyards near the Awatere River in Marlborough. Light straw with a green hue. The nose is bursting with punchy tropical fruit and fresh herbs. The palate is bright and refreshing with layers of green pineapple and passionfruit. Tangy citrus notes lead to a focused finish and delicious minerality.
Cotes des Roses Sauvignon Blanc
Côtes des Roses celebrates the Mediterranean lifestyle. Only the noble chardonnay grape is used, with a light pressing resulting in the best quality juice undergoing fermentation. The stylish bottle with its distinctive rose base contains a delicate wine with light colour and golden hues. A complex nose of mango, orange blossom, citrus and dried fruits is instantly attractive. Oak ageing brings vanilla, cinnamon, butter and spice aromas. Finally, a long finish with a hint of minerality provides crisp refreshment.
