Sauvignon Blanc

Fossilbed Sauvignon Blanc

Stones & Bones Sauvignon Blanc

For fans of elegant pinks, there’s one style that trumps all others – Provençal rosé. As the only wine region to specialise in rosé production, Provence not only offers “a wine for almost any occasion, but also guarantees quality” says the Independent. And this cooperative delivers just that, with value. As one of the oldest cellars in the region, it has been crafting fine rosé since 1912. Owned by a small group of growers, its modest size ensures meticulous care in both vineyard and cellar. Grenache and Cinsault make up a large portion of this pink and were harvested from the high-altitude, limestone slopes of Sainte-Baume. Full of fresh berry flavour with a crisp mineral edge and a dry finish – it's great solo and versatile with food.

Hot Seat Sauvignon Blanc

A magic Sauvignon Blanc from Nelson that's hard to resist! Filled with dazzling citrus and passionfruit flavours on a bright, tangy, zesty, zingy palate...chill it down, bring on the seafood and enjoy!

Split Rock Sauvignon Blanc

This stunning wine is named after the landmark Split Apple Rock in Abel Tasman National Park, where Hermann Seifried built a winery in 1973 with the help of his local church. He'd only arrived in New Zealand three years earlier from Austria, via Germany (where he studied winemaking) and South Africa. He married Kiwi lass Agnes Wilkins, and two years later they realised their shared dream of growing grapes. 1976 was their maiden vintage and more than 30 years on the Seifrieds are still going strong and racking up a host of awards. Gooseberry fresh Split Rock slips down a treat on its own and partners dishes such as spicy prawns, grilled chicken or creamy pasta.

Laithwaites Sauvignon Blanc

La Folie de Pierre Sauvignon Blanc

Want a sassily fresh white handy in the fridge? Pop in a bottle of La Folie de Pierre. It’s an appetising creation from Pierre-Jean Sauvion, formerly in charge of winemaking at Muscadet’s famous Château du Cléray, an estate owned by his uncle. Pierre-Jean now has a number of projects on the go. Having studied oenology in Bordeaux and worked in Australia and California, he is the epitome of the modern, outward looking French winemaker, whose approach shines through in this contemporary style Sauvignon. He sources grapes for La Folie from trusted friends in Touraine, Pays Nantais and Haut Poitou, to strike a balance of complexity, freshness and ripe fruit. Enjoy chilled solo or with food – we suggest asparagus risotto or courgette frittata.

Sauvignon Blanc Dozen

A must for refreshment in warmer weather, but delightful aperitifs throughout the year. This excellent collection includes beauties from Margaret River and the Adelaide Hills plus a star from New Zealand’s Marlborough and an impressive Chilean Gold medallist!

Angove Bin 7890 Semillon Sauvignon Blanc

With 130 years of expertise under the family's belt Angove have plenty of experience to call upon. During that time they have been awarded 'Winery of the Year' and many medals besides for individual wines. Fourth generation John Angove now heads up the cellar that Dr William Angove started in 1886 near Adelaide (by making award winning brandy – a product they're still famous for) and, besides championing unusual grapes, John also pioneers modern styles of wine. This one is simply delicious. Enjoy!
