Sassy by name, sassy by nature. This new wine from our friends at Fox Gordon captures the clean, varietal characters of Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc, without going down the overt or pungent road. Lively flavours are lifted by textural notes and surprising length. The sassy is made from our premium estate-grown vineyard in the Adelaide Hills. Sauvignon Blanc thrives in the cool climate and high altitude of this renowned region, displaying strong varietal intensity and regional expression. Sassy is full of citrus blossom aromas and delightful aromatics. The middle palate has lovely weight from time on lees and refreshing green apple crunchiness. The Ned is a Kiwi Savvy with a more mineral accent, offering structure indicative of Marlborough region. This Sauvignon Blanc from the home of the long white cloud, New Zealand, offers a bouquet of fresh flavours of tropical fruit and tomato leaves. The palate displays the distinct Marlborough characteristics of guava and tropical citrus fruits that give a rich full rounded palate. Ideally suited to drink with smoked ocean trout or Kahawai with a crisp kale salad and a good squeeze of lemon juice.

Distinct aromas of elderflower, lemongrass and lime peel, accented by subtle green herbaceous notes. The palate is smooth with a great length of juicy, green apple; finely balanced with a zesty grapefruit finish.
