Layers of melon and white flower undertones deliver a light refreshing and lively Sauvignon Blanc, the epitome of zingy refreshment.

Pale straw in colour, this wine is filled with aromas of pineapple and citrus with subtle hints of gooseberries and passionfruit. The palate displays appealing tropical fruit flavours with an underlying lemon and lime zing. With tremendous length of flavour and a long lingering finish, this is a wine that can be enjoyed with food or just as easily on its own.

Lively flavours are lifted by textural notes and surprising length. The sassy is made from our premium estate-grown vineyard in the Adelaide Hills. Sauvignon Blanc thrives in the cool climate and high altitude of this renowned region, displaying strong varietal intensity and regional expression. Sassy is full of citrus blossom aromas and delightful aromatics. The middle palate has lovely weight from time on lees and refreshing green apple crunchiness.
