We’ve called this Crisp & Zesty Sauvignon Blanc because it’s packed with ripe juicy citrus flavours. Layers of melon and white flower undertones deliver a light refreshing and lively Sauvignon Blanc, the epitome of zingy refreshment.

Côtes des Roses celebrates the Mediterranean lifestyle. Only the noble chardonnay grape is used, with a light pressing resulting in the best quality juice undergoing fermentation. The stylish bottle with its distinctive rose base contains a delicate wine with light colour and golden hues. A complex nose of mango, orange blossom, citrus and dried fruits is instantly attractive. Oak ageing brings vanilla, cinnamon, butter and spice aromas. Finally, a long finish with a hint of minerality provides crisp refreshment.

Our philosophy has always been to give our wines time to age in the bottle before release, a rarity in today’s market. This award-winning Semillon Sauvignon from Margaret River put simply is everything we love about this classic blend. Clean and fresh showing ripe fruit characters of passionfruit and gooseberry. The palate is light and textured with ripe passionfruit and lemon thyme. The wine has a firm finish with lingering passionfruit characters, an everyday wine for all occasions. 5 Red Star Halliday rated winery. Margaret River winemaker and vigneron Kevin McKay spent the first 15 years of his career developing his family’s Abbey Vale property. Then, under the mentorship of winemaker Dorham Mann, Kevin has developed iconic wines at Forester Estate. Priding himself on his attention to detail, his wines show trademark complexity and depth.

A herbaceous and tropical Sauvignon Blanc featuring fresh green melon, citrus, and grapefruit flavors. It is refreshing on the palate and has a crisp, mouth-watering finish. Pairs great with salmon, chicken or even with some light desserts such as macarons!

John Quarisa, aka Johnny Q, is a terrific winemaker, creating wines that, like him, can be lively and highly charged. In his Caravan wine series, he likes to think of a grape that changes in style as it travels. So that here, Sauvignon Blanc grown in his Riverina vineyards produces a wine still with loads of grassy fresh zip, but along the way, has developed more tropical fruit flavours too. That is peach, pineapple and passionfruit! He insists on night harvested grapes to ensure lots of bright fresh flavours and cool ferments them for the same reason. This wine previously won a Gold medal and we think the 2021 vintage is tasting just as good – it's a fridge-door-must! Chill down and enjoy as a glass on its own or with spicy Thai dishes.

A slightly more serious style showing clean and focused characters of citrus, nettles, dried herbs and flint, with a touch of smoke adding complexity from partial barrel fermentation in one year old oak barriques. The palate has a fuller style that has great texture and freshness with dried herbs and citrus at the forefront. The wine finishes long and clean with lingering herbaceous characters and mineral acidity.

Deliciously crisp with flavours of fresh passionfruit. green apple and gooseberry along with a hint of freshly cut grass.
