A Rosé with the structure of a prestige Cuvée, Charles Heidsidck Rosé Reserve has a subtle, yet complex aromas of strawberry jam mixed with ripe peaches on the nose. It is delicate at first on the palate but the raspberry and blackberry slowly became apparent. They are well-balanced with the right amount of acidity. The wine is well structured and made to match with food.

A large typhoon hit the Ise region in 1989. Among the damage, there were only two rice plants left. This is the miracle rice "Isehikari". The rice was luxuriously polished to 30% and carefully brewed with underground water from Hida Takayama. This is ``Shoryu no Mai,'' an alcoholic beverage for special occasions that takes the form of the Shoryudo road that connects Ise and Hida. The Thing range is Sorby Adams' flagship Shiraz. It is sourced from a vineyard above sea level in Eden Valley. The low-yeielding crops produced wines that had rich aromas of ripe plums, black fruits and wild cherry with hints of warm spices and vanilla oak. A beautifully balanced wine with a length finish.

AR Lenoble Champagne AR Lenoble is one of the rare producers in Champagne that has been consistently family-owned and entirely independent since the very beginning. In just over twenty years, the sister and brother owners have quietly yet confidently transformed AR Lenoble into one of the jewels of the Champagne region. The wine is of course made from 100% Chardonnay grapes sourced from the grand cru village of Chouilly and originating from one exceptional vintage. 25% of the blend is vinified in oak while the ageing takes place in magnums and the final wine receives a minimal dosage only (2g/l). The resulting wine is dry, exceptionally balanced and complex with great intensity and persistence. A phenomenally fresh palate despite its vintage.

Spicy cool climate Shiraz is fermented with whole bunches of a small portion of the white Viognier grape to produce this elegant style. Attractive floral notes of white flowers and peach blossom are enhanced by French oak and Rhone-like pepper and spice on the palate. Time in our cellaring programme has buffed the 2014 wine to a very smooth finish.

Limpid and amber in colour. Hints of honey, wood, vanilla and light toasted and caramelized notes typical of the long permanence in wooden barrels. The taste is warm, fine and elegant. Finish is well balanced.
