Meshach William Burge was Grant's great grandfather and was a central figure in establishing the Burge family in the Barossa Valley. This Shiraz named in his honour is sourced from old vines, some nearing 100 years old, and shows aromas and flavours of complex swiss chocolate, savoury spices and red currant. Grant Burge's flagship shiraz will reward the patient cellarer with 20 years in the bottle in front of it.

Take It To The Grave Shiraz is vivid red and purple in colour with an expansive nose of blackberries, blood plums and chocolaty oak. The palate is opulent and inviting with dark plum and blackcurrant fruit flavours matched by dried herbs, cloves and subtle spicy oak.

Unlike most wines of the variety, our 2024 Special Release Pinot Gris is wildly unique, refined with minimal barrel aging to completely shift the dynamic of the blend.<br>Initial aromas show delicious characteristics of wild peach and crunchy green fruits like pear and apple, like a typical Pinot Gris. What really sets it apart is the notes of butter and vanilla on the palate balanced by a crisp acidity thanks to a short time in our French Oak barrels. When pairing with food, its complex flavours are best enhanced by sweet and sour dishes, roasted meat, or a finely aged cheese.

Fresh lifted aromas of plums and cherries abound with black pepper and warm spices on the nose; This Frankland Estate Shiraz has earthy savoury notes that combine seamlessly with subtle oak flavours and grainy tannin on the palate. Alchemia Chocolate Vodka is a unique mouthwatering drink. A triumph of authentic Polish vodka making. The vibrant tawny colour is of an orange pekoe tea with outstanding purity. On first contact with the palate, Alchemia chocolate shows layers of sweet cocoa notes before developing into a semi sweet dark chocolate with a hint of bitterness, cake frosting and malted grain. A real chocolate flavour with the kick of a full strength vodka.

Pale straw with a green tinge. Restrained bouquet of tropical fruits with citrus overtones and subtle nutty aromas derived from barrel fermentation.
