Corrina Wright is now the winemaking brain behind this progressive winery and her Shiraz is a modern masterstroke. Smoke and bacon on the nose with sweet and savoury tones. Banshee's mission is to craft wines of balance, elegance, and purity from some of the most storied vineyards in Sonoma County in Northern California. This is the most important wine in the Banshee lineup and is treated as such, with fruit sourced primarily from select vineyards in the sub-appellations of Los Carneros, Petaluma Gap, Sonoma Coast and Sonoma Valley. An exciting, yet friendly wine, bursting at the seams with aromas of dried cherry, earthy peat moss and Redwood forest with notes of hyacinth, sandalwood and confectioners sugar. The flavors combine to create a fruit-driven front palate and very subtle oak influence. The finish is bright, with a nice pop of acidity and flavors of tart raspberry and bramble to create great weight for an excellent food wine, as well as a charming drinking experience by itself.

True to its name our mouth-watering Zesty Limoncello combines a traditional family recipe passed down through generations from the Amalfi coast with some of our favourite foraged Australian botanicals to leave your mouth perfumed with a zesty sherbet finish. Only using carefully selected thick perfumed lemons grown at an orchard on the central coast, north of Sydney, we hand peel them, being most particular to avoid the bitter pith. Infusion of the peel into the smooth grain spirit cannot be rushed. After a month the citrus oils combine with the native botanical distillates of Lemon Aspen and Lemon Myrtle to give birth to a flavour-blend of bitter-sweet grapefruit and lime with a hint of honey and eucalyptus.
