The James Squire brewers are pumped to release the Special 10th Edition of Hop Thief 10, the latest in the brew series that celebrates the amazing and unique characteristics different hops can contribute to beer. This time they have looked to the mountains of New Mexico to source the new breed of Sabro hops to add unique flavours of tangerine, cream and cedar. Along with Sabro they have used Hop Thief favourites of Simcoe, Mosaic and Galaxy to provide a vibrant burst of tropical hop flavour.
