From Stellenbosch, South Africa, the home of an artisanal distillery called Autograph Gin. The spirit produced is an African Dry Gin recipe, a blend of unique botanicals that give the gin incredible personality and character. Almost all of the botanicals are grown on-site under the watchful eye of the Head distiller. “We want to stay true to our ethos, producing gin recipes based on only natural botanicals and underlying base spirits. We don’t use any synthetic products or food colourants in our gin, nor do we use freeze-dried botanicals and source all of our botanicals (apart from imported Juniper berries and Angelica Root) from our own garden nurseries.

Akul mezcal has its foundation on Sacrificio distillery. Located in Tlacolula, on the Oaxaca Valley, this distillery works to produce noble mezcal that are 100% from agave. The process combines sustainable ancestral and modern techniques which, in turn, preserve an ancient mezcal-making tradition and perpetuate the existence of agave for years. That is why each bottle produced at Sacrificio distillery encompasses Oaxaca’s flavors and scents.

Gentle and young mezcal made of Espadín agave, grown in our own fields in the valley of Oaxaca. Its double distilling provides it with subtle aromas and flavors. It can be enjoyed in shots or in cocktails.

Crimson purple with a black intensity the nose is immediate Shiraz, black fruits and spice with gravelly graphite note. The palate is intense showing concentrated ripe blackberry and liquorice spice. The tannins are full and chocolate rich showing this wine has extended cellaring potential with a firm long persistent finish. Cellar for 20+ years.

Laphroaig, founded in 1815 by brothers Donald and Alexander Johnston, has an extremely rich history; neighbourly disputes with Lagavulin and many ownership changes to name a couple. The 10 Year Old Single Malt is Laphroaig's signature malt that is full sparkling gold in colour and has that signature rich smoke and seaweed character with a hint of sweetness.
