The Nikka 12 Year Old Blended Japanese Whisky is the product of two distilleries (Yoichi and Miyagikyo). This is a well-balanced blend and the result of 'the art of blending and craftsmanship'. It's also awarded 'Best Blended 12 Year Old ' at the 2016 World Whiskies Awards.

Not strictly a Japanese whisky, Togouchi source grain whiskies from Scotland & Canada and aged them in Japan. This is a blend from Chugoku Jozo, who mature their whiskies in a tunnel rather than a warehouse. The temperature of the tunnel is always 15 degrees while the temperature of the cellar at the headquarters in Hatsukaichi city is a little higher than that. Nutty, spicy whisky with a lovely butterscotch mouth feel. On the palate it expresses vanilla sweetness and a fine peat iodine, with hazelnuts and chocolate on the finish. Almost feels like a whisky/bourbon hybrid.

From the tallest stills in Scotland come Glenmorangies winning release - Glenmorangie Signet. Founded in 1843 and perfected by the men of tain Glenmorangie is renowned as a pioneer in the field and this latest release is no exception. This is in no small part thanks to Master Distiller Dr. Bill Lumsden, recently named Distiller Of The Year at the 2016 International Whisky Competition. The Signet is a blend of Glenmorangies oldest and rarest whiskies - distilled over thirty years ago and matured in a selection of the worlds finest casks, undoubtedly the richest whisky in the Glenmorangie range. Boasting melting sweetness and explosive spiciness thanks to the use of roasted chocolate barley malt and designer American white oak casks made especially for Glenmorangie. Crowned Whisky of the Year at the International Whisky Competition, gaining the highest score, 97 points out of a possible 100. Limited Stock | Available in selected stores only.

A further addition to this very successful stable of malts, the sixteen year old has received high praise worldwide, continuing along the path of popularity carved out by its younger siblings. A very low peat spec is combined with maturation in top quality ex-sherry casks as well as traditional ex-bourbon casks. This echoes the flavours of the 12 year old but adds deeper dried fruit notes - it's also a sherried Speysider offering more delicacy and finesse than most. Just as the label suggests, what you get is an attractive mix of x Bourbon and Sherry on the nose, though probably more of the latter; Vanilla, honey, plum and dried apricot, with 3-4 minutes air contact deepening the bouquet, conjuring scents of dried flowers, raisins and pepper. Light & breezy with a moderate burst of dried fruits, orange zest and vanilla building towards a crisp finish, then spicier through the aftertaste, the sense of lightness and elegance makes for an alternative Speyside style, and a perfect 'house' malt. 40% Alc./Vol.

A truly unique and distinguished distillery, Glengoyne straddles the border between the Highlands and Lowlands regions in Scotland and claim to have the slowest distillation method in the country. This enables Glengoyne to produce a 21 Year old Highland Single Malt of supreme mellowness and flavour. With a definite concentrated malt base the palate is overflowing with Christmas cake, honey and dried fruit characters and all capped off with an effortless finish courtesy of the premium sherry casks used in maturation.

Uniquely located on the border that separates the Lowlands from the Highlands, Glengoyne are also unique in that this historic distillery air dry their barley rather than the accepted Scottish practice of peat smoke drying. This imparts a subtlety and grace that other whiskies do not have. The 18 Year Old Single Malt has spent 18 long years maturing ex Sherry casks, the majority of which are first-fill. This patience has borne a whisky that shows spicy vanilla fruit, ripe apples and a rich, luxurious mouthfeel.
