This is seriously good Cabernet from the Barossa Valley. Displaying blackcurrants and plums with a hint of cigar box and soft supple velvety tannins.

In the glass: Deep garnet. On the nose: Blackcurrant, cedar, bay leaf and milk chocolate. On the palate: Quite powerful yet elegant with cassis and blackcurrant, tobacco and cedar complexity and a fine, savoury finish.

2018 Blue Rock Wines, Eden Valley, Riesling This Riesling displays an intense citrus flower and tropical fruit bouquet. The flavours of ripe limes, lemon zest and a hint of green apple are apparent on the palate. The palate is soft and clean with a crisp acid finish and distinct minerality characteristic of Eden Valley Rieslings.

2018 Blue Rock Wines, Eden Valley Pinot Grigio Pinot Grigio is a wine style that comes from Italy. The Pinot Gris grapes are picked at a slightly earlier stage of development thus having higher acidity and lower sugar levels. The resultant wine is lower in alcohol and has a crisp acid finish. The aromas of citrus and pear indulge the nose. The palate has lovely nashi pear and lemongrass flavours. The zingy acidity makes this wine linger in the mouth and leaves you wanting more. Best enjoyed chilled, on its own or with fresh seafood.

2019 Reserve Pinot GrisOur Family Series Reserve Pinot Gris has delicate floral aromas of musk and ripe pears. The palate is soft and full, with hints of spice and musk, balanced with ripe pears and fresh acidity.

2019 Blue Rock Wines Reserve Eden Valley ChardonnayThe fruit for this wine comes from our cool climate Eden Valley vineyard. It was harvested at optimum ripeness and fermented at low temperatures to retain the varietal characteristics. It displays the clean and lifted varietal nose of guava and lemongrass followed by a crisp palate of green apples, stone fruit and rockmelon. A small portion (25%) of this wine completed its fermentation in oak barrels. This has imparted some nutty and honeyed characters to the wine. Well suited to most seafood dishes.

The grapes were hand picked and whole bunch pressed releasing the delicate flavours. The wine is bursting with tropical fruit, passionfruit, pineapple and fresh citrus and melon aromas and flavours. The palate is complex yet delicate with good weight and length. The wine has residual sweetness and a refreshing crisp acid finish which is well suited to most seafood and chicken dishes.

Fruit-driven and rich. This Barossa Cabernet displays notes of red-berry and wild dark cherry. With varietal characters of liquorice and pepper spice completing the rich round palate.
