McWilliam's Single Vineyard Tumbarumba Chardonnay
With a philosophy to source top quality fruit from a single, meticulously managed vineyard, McWilliam's Single Vineyard delivers distinctly elegant & balanced wines. This McWilliam's Single Vineyard Tumbarumba Chardonnay was grown by Rob Parkes on his beautiful Glenburnie vineyard in the stunning Tumbarumba wine region. The cool aspect & rich volcanic soils produce a distinctly elegant, yet intense style of chardonnay.
McWilliam's Single Vineyard Shiraz
Vibrant red purple colour. Dark cherry, violets and blueberry fruits with seductive toasty oak. Medium bodied with fleshy blueberry fruits and vanillin oak. A focused tannin core provides balance and structure to the mid palate.
Sew & Sew Sashiko Fiano
This Fiano is intensely flavoured and aromatic. The nose is of home grown apricots, lifted with hints of florals, citrus and nectarine. Firm acid frames the fruit giving presence and depth. Chalky minerality is underlain with a dash of honey and spice to finish. A beautiful bright and textural wine, with great length. This Fiano matches well with Italian dishes and seafood.
Ravensworth Pinot Gris
Olivers Taranga Small Batch Fiano
With Fiano being a relatively new variety to Australia (originates from the Campagna region of Italy) who better than the Oliver family now celebrating over 170 years of grape growing, to create this Taranga farm favourite. This delicious drop is all sweet ripe lime and pear flavours with loads of texture perfect for lovers of fresh crisp white wines. As Gary Walsh said dangerously easy to drink.
Quarry Hill Two Places Pinot Gris
Bright notes of honeysuckle, apple, pear and a little spice on the nose, with a long smooth palate of nashi pear and red apple. The wine is a blend of fruit from two places - Tumbarumba in the foothills of the Snowy Mountains, and our vineyard in the Canberra District.
Lark Hill 'Canberra Region' Riesling
Feudi di Gregorio Fiano di Avellino
Feudi di San Gregorio today epitomises the oenological renaissance of southern Italy, promoting a wine culture for the rediscovery of Mediterranean flavours. The colour is a definitive golden yellow with green reflections. There are sharp sensations of the Mediterranean: fresh flowers such as chamomile, yellow peach and candied orange. A white ideal for accompanying crustaceans, fish with sauces and grilled seafood.
Sherrah Fiano
Bright and lifted aromas of lemon zest, white florals and hints of sea spray. Refreshing with delicate flavours of citrus and white stone fruits, the palate has a lovey texture with great drive and a moreish finish.
Sherrah Skin Party Fiano
Clean, crisp and dry but much more textural than the standard Fiano. A great example of careful skin contact displaying lemon pith and complex white tannins.
