Cello Passioncello is a quality handmade Passionfruit Liqueur using 100% local produce infused with fresh passionfruit pulp and sugarcane distilled alcohol. Vibrant passionfruit and crushed meringue aromas on the nose with tangy passionfruit jam on the palate, It has deliciously intense flavour for a true unique tropical drink on crushed ice or an addition to a cocktail.

Inspired by traditional Rock & Rye recipes, Hochstadters Slow and Low combines a master blend of aged rye whiskies, three citrus peels: lemon, grapefruit and orange before being infused with a tiny amount of 100% raw, local honey and pure cane rock candy - creating a drink similar to an Old Fashioned. The drink itself is mellow with slightly sweet flavours exceptionally balanced with citrus, grapefruit and rock candy notes. A smooth, long finish follows, reminiscing of honey, orange and rye whiskey character.

Nardini has been produced in Bassano del Grappa since 1779, the oldest grappa distillery in Italy. Fruity, spicy, harmonious. The goal from the outset for Italicus was to create a spirit that had exceptional provenance. All the ingredients are 100% Italian, taking the best examples from different regions: Bergamot from Calabria; Cedro from Sicilia; Roman Camomile from Tuscany; Lavender, Gentian, Yellow Roses and Melissa Balm from Piemonte. Our neutral grain spirits are also Italian. Even our cap and bottle are made in Italy. And we do not add any refined sugar or syrup, instead we naturally sweeten our liqueur with a natural brown sugar (cane sugar) in order to respect the Rosolio production process as it was back in the 15th Century. In Italicus everything is natural, everything is Italian.

For the rebellious spirit, we have fashioned a modern interpretation of the classic spiced rum.We foraged native Australian botanicals, blended them with exotic Caribbean spices, then hydrated the elixir with pure Tasmanian mountain spring water. An original island product created by our apothecarist Amanda Saurin to compliment your Isle of Harris Gin. This special Aromatic Water is distilled from hand harvested Sugar Kelp gathered by our local seaweed harvester Lewis Mackenzie from around our shores. Simply add a few drops to your Isle of Harris Gin to bring a wave of Outer Hebridean seas and an extra essence of the island directly to your drink. Alternatively, add to seafood to enhance maritime flavours or experiment in a coastal-influenced dram of whisky.
