Herradura Seleccion Suprema Extra Añejo Tequila is crafted using only the most mature blue agave harvested exclusively from the Casa Herradura estate. Produced by Casa Herradura, one of Mexicos most historic and renowned tequila producers, on the premises of a 19th century Hacienda in Amatitán, Jalisco. Aged for 49 months. Classic Speyside Distillery, Balvenie have blended some of their rarest reserve whiskies and aged them for 21 long years. In the final few months of the ageing process, the whisky is transferred to port casks, or pipes, to impart a luscious, creamy and silken character. Nose: Bold and rich with aromas of treacle toffees, oat biscuits and sultana highlighted with hints of muscovado sugar and toasted oak. Palate: Sweet and complex with layers of salted caramel, rolling tobacco, caramelised nuts and maple syrup bound with oaky spices and stone fruit highlights. Finish: Warming and long with notes of coffee cake, crème caramel and burnt sugar.

Specially selected for its aromatic palette, the barrel for this limited White Oak Akashi 10 Year Old has the particularity of being a sherry butt, a large barrel of 500 liters used for aging the famous Sherry wines of Andalusia which in addition to strongly colouring the whisky, transmit a greedy aromatic richness. An expressive nose with typical aromas of whiskies aged in sherry casks with hints of dried fruits, chocolate, and nuts, which are met on the palate with notes of spices, tannins, and candied fruit. This distillery was founded in 1888 by Eigashima Shuzo and has been producing Sake and Shochu every since.
