The Chardonnay is from low-yielding Gin Gin vines that are now over 20 years old. Painstakingly converted them to cane pruning (from the established spur pruning). The parcels were hand-harvested, foot stomped and naturally fermented in a mix of concrete egg (20%) and old barrels (80%). It only received a rough filtering to, keep the wine as close to the vineyard as possible. Fresh, crisp, organic Chardonnay.

The nutty aromas of the oak make this wine full-bodied and complex. The palate is full, with peach, green apple, and citrus flavours. Hints of nutty, creamy barrel-ferment flavours give this wine structure and elegance. A zesty acid finish balances the wine's lovely texture.

A classic Pinot Grigio from the sun-blessed slopes of Sicily, with lemon, lime and grapefruit aromas blending with hints of blossom and pear. The ideal glass on its own or with a spring vegetable risotto, fish and salads. Sicily, the sunny isle off the boot of Italy, has been making wine for over 6,000 years. Native tribes developed the know-how first, then the Phoenicians, the Greeks and the Romans. There have been invaders too, all bringing their influences. Most recently there has been a push towards high quality winemaking, indigenous grapes and organic viticulture. Indeed, over 30% of vineyards have certification. Tempo Lungo is made from handpicked organic grapes and is bottled in recycled glass too.

Colour Vibrant crimson/purple hue. Aroma Notes of violets, spice, star anise with underlying plum. Palate Palate is fine, medium density, mineral and slinky graphite.

2019 Blue Rock Wines, Eden Valley, Pinot Noir Rose Grapes for this wine were sourced from our vineyard in the Barossa Ranges, Eden Valley (GI). This cool climate elevated vineyard ripens the fruit slowly, therefore retaining a higher natural acidity and develops full flavour ripeness. Pink apricot in colour. Strawberry, rose and fresh-cut watermelon aromas greet you in the grass. A creamy texture on the palate with flavours of strawberry rhubarb pie, complemented by a thrill of sour cherries. Finishes with a grip of lemon zest and delicate accents of clove and fig.
