The Barons of Barossa include many well-known and award-winning winemakers from wineries including Henschke, Elderton Wines, Kalleske, Glaetzer Wines, Kaesler Wines and Yalumba, to name only a few. The outstanding 2016 Barossa vintage, with its long, dry and warm summer days, has produced a wine that is full of rich dark fruit and chocolate flavours with finely balanced French oak complexity. Elderton Cabernet Sauvignon is a full-bodied Cabernet from the Barossa Valley. This wine is dark intense textured and abounds with wonderful chocolate and mint characters.

Pepperjack Certified has been created as the perfect match for prime red meat cuts. The blend consist of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz sourced from the iconic Barossa region and made with contemporary winemaking techniques. The result has produced a richly flavoured, characterful wine.

The Kennedy is a blend of old vine Barossa Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvèdre. Its named in honour of the legendary Barossa vignerons who were instrumental in planting these old precious vineyards. Grenache from 50-year-old vines dominates the blend and all varieties are fermented separately at very warm temperatures for optimal extraction of colour, tannins and flavour. Kennedy is matured in seasoned French hogsheads and puncheons for up to 16 months.

GSM is a red wine blended from Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvedre. Originally from France, this one is an Aussie offering from Barossa. It's fresh and silky with flavours of fresh berries and cherry. Really nice with lamb.

The wines in Yalumbas Distinguished Sites collection, including the Vine Vale, capture the true essence of specific, special sites. In th glass: Pale garnet. On the nose: Raspberry, cranberry, white pepper & vanilla. On the palate: Silky & smooth with a charming mix of red fruit, subtle pepper & dried herb notes, fine, velvety tannins & mouth-feel. A lighter, almost Pinot-like style of Grenache.

Pale coral in colour with argyle pink hues, there are aromas of fresh quince, raspberry and white chocolate, grapefruit blossom and sea spray. A savoury yet moreish palate, full of Alpine strawberries, preserved lemons and grapefruit pith. Enjoy with chargrilled squid and salsa verde.

In the glass: Deep garnet. On the nose: Blackcurrant, cedar, bay leaf and milk chocolate. On the palate: Quite powerful yet elegant with cassis and blackcurrant, tobacco and cedar complexity and a fine, savoury finish.
