Rutherglen fortifieds are regarded as one of the world's most unique wines - Rutherglen is a small district in which only a few wineries make great fortified wines and they're incredibly intense wines. Mid amber in appearance with slight green highlights. Its concentrated nose shows great depth of malty, Tokay characters. The palate is complex, intense and luscious, combined with freshness.

Morris Classic Tawny is a fortified wine produced from sunkissed, strictly French varietals grown in Rutherglen. The acclaimed Morris Old Premium Rare Liqueur Muscat has won numerous gold medals and trophies. Flaunting a dark brown colour with a green-yellow rim, this Rutherglen treat emanates spice, plum pudding and raisin aromas from the nose. It's a rich and viscous Rare Liqueur Muscat with a mesmerising palate density that lingers on and on. The finish is powerful and sustained. Though this wine is a treat in itself, it pairs extremely well with cheese platters and desserts.

Five times Gold medal winner, Morris Old Premium Rare Liqueur Topaque is one of the best wines produced from Muscadelle grapes. The wine has an opaque sienna brown-black colour with olive green hues. It's wonderfully deep on the bouquet, exhibiting honey and butterscotch aromas with a nutty edge. A rich concentration of Muscat, caramel and burnt citrus flavours can be sensed on its palate, with a smooth and silky tannin structure. All in all, it's a perfect Topaque for all occasions and tastes best with cakes and cream.

Sam Trimboli LOVES Durif. He calls it a “stunning little powerhouse grape that develops astounding complexity”. The numberplate on his car even sports the word ‘Durif’, that’s how highly he rates it. The grapes for this wine come from a small vineyard that Sam helped establish in the 1980s and is now at peak maturity.

Durif achieves cult-like status among those who enjoy its dense concentrated charm. Intense aromas of dark berry fruits and liquorice notes are perfectly married with a rich and ripe palate.

A Morris flagship wine with many awards to its name, Bin 158 Durif was pioneered by Mick Morris in the 1950s. Flaunting a deep brick red colour with purple overtones, the wine opens with aromas of blackberries and violets on the nose, with subtle cedar nuances from oak influence. Concentrated plum and berry fruit flavours, solid tannins, and hints of oak offer great structure and length to the palate of this full-bodied wine. Considered as a true icon of Australian wine, this Durif tastes amazing when paired with game or red meats, and casseroles.
