Sourced from a number of old vineyards in the Riverland and McLaren Vale, some of which are dry grown bush vines. Aromatic and lifted on the nose with a beautifully layered, textural palate with wild strawberry and spice. Vinified in small batches, separately. Wild ferments, whole bunch inclusion, larger oak and no filtration or fining define the natural character of the wine.

PALATE Youthful and intense, this wine displays generous ripe plum and red berry fruits with subtle spice and chocolate. Elephant In The Room Cabernet Sauvignon has a medium brick red in colour with a lifted and expressive nose of red berries,blackcurrants and distinct varietal tobacco leaf and forest floor. The palate is fruit-driven and vibrant with an open and approachable core of supple berried fruits, plums and cassis building to a ripe and mouth-filling back palate. A perfect each way betexcellent to drink now but able to improve with up to five years cellaring.

This new release from Little Giant is an absolute cracker! Sourced from dry grown vineyards across South Australia, this is a classic looking Malbec with a deep crimson colour in the glass. Dark berry aromas are complemented by floral hints and a subtle sweet tobacco influence that is so typical of this varietal. The palate is bursting with juicy black fruits, a touch of oak and a soft easy-going tannin structure making it a perfect match for any kind of barbecued meats. At 14% abv, this stunning Malbec is terrific to drink now, but will cellar extremely well and soften over the next 2 - 6 years.

The 2014 Yalumba Y Series Tempranillo has aromas of blueberry, black cherry and fennel seed leaping from the glass. It is juicy and plush on the palate with apparent dark berries and mocha tannins. The finish is rustic and savoury. Enjoy with salt and pepper grilled lamb cutlet.
