Small parcels of the best quality fruit from across top regions in South Australia were chosen for this Reserve Durif – and it shows! It’s big, rich and mouthcoating, a ‘black red’ with some serious heft. Take that as a warning! The wine is named after a type of cattle (Hereford/ Shorthorn cross) bred for the harsh conditions of Australia’s far north, and has been crafted with steak in mind. Hints of black pepper and dark chocolate coat the palate with layers of rich red fruit and black cherry.

Sourced from a number of old vineyards in the Riverland and McLaren Vale, some of which are dry grown bush vines. Aromatic and lifted on the nose with a beautifully layered, textural palate with wild strawberry and spice. Vinified in small batches, separately. Wild ferments, whole bunch inclusion, larger oak and no filtration or fining define the natural character of the wine.

The wine is light to medium bodied, supple and textured – red berry fruits follow on from the nose. The palate reflects the warm vintage conditions – with fine grained, structural tannins preceding a long cherry, earthy finish.

Little Giant Pinot Noir is bright and expressive, with lifted aromas of red cherry, raspberry and subtle floral notes. The palate is silky and medium-bodied, offering vibrant red fruit flavours layered with hints of spice and soft, earthy undertones. Fine tannins and fresh acidity give the wine structure and balance, leading to a smooth, elegant finish.

This Pinot Noir from South Australia is pure and vibrant, offering aromas of crushed red cherries, wild strawberries, and a hint of rose petal. The palate is light-bodied and silky, with juicy red fruit flavours, lively acidity, and a whisper of spice from the grape’s natural character. The finish is clean and refreshing, highlighting the wine’s delicate fruit and elegant structure.

This Pinot brims with cherry, strawberry, and a touch of spice, offering a light yet lasting flavour profile. The gentle, integrated tannins add a subtle structure, while the crisp acidity leads to a fresh, clean finish. It's an excellent choice for brunch, especially with mushroom and Parmesan arancini. 10.8% ABV

Elephant In The Room Cabernet Sauvignon has a medium brick red in colour with a lifted and expressive nose of red berries,blackcurrants and distinct varietal tobacco leaf and forest floor. The palate is fruit-driven and vibrant with an open and approachable core of supple berried fruits, plums and cassis building to a ripe and mouth-filling back palate. A perfect each way betexcellent to drink now but able to improve with up to five years cellaring.

Located at Angle Vale, the Carypidis family have been producing high quality Pinot Grigio for Yalumba for a number of years and were Certified Organic in 2010. This beautiful example exhibits jasmine and white flowers, which are complemented by cinnamon quill and all spice. These are met by crunchy nashi pear acidity and a musk stick finish.
