Kellermeister's Wild Witch has garnered a cult following over the past years due to the brooding, rich, full-bodied and limited nature of the Barossa classic. The inky, viscous, foreboding black fruit is sourced from low-yielding, dry grown vineyards specially selected for producing the very best Kellermeister can get their hands on. Lyndoch Shiraz was fermented on skins in small open top fermenters with gentle plunging and irrigation for 5-10 days to make a powerful, full bodied and opulent wine with vibrance and purity. The palate has dark red fruits, is round, soft with seductive oak and silky tannins. Delicious now however you will be rewarded with medium to long-term cellaring. Enjoy with barbequed, roasted, grilled or slow cooked red meats particularly beef. It also pairs perfectly with spicy Asian meat dishes.
