Clarence Dillon Clarendelle Bordeaux Red

These wines are very fruity, with aromas of red fruit and blackcurrant alongside floral overtones reminiscent of violet. They combine the tannic power of great vintages with a deliciously velvety texture and rare smooth, powerful, and generous on the palate. Their relativy high level of acidity gives them an admirable freshness and tremendous balance, without any hardness.

Chateau Valandraud & Thunevin Domaine Virginie Thunevin AOC Bordeaux

The 2018 Chateau Valandraud & Thunevin Domaine Virginie Thunevin AOC Bordeaux is a stunning representation of the Bordeaux region. This vintage boasts a deep ruby red hue with a purple rim, displaying its youth and vibrancy. On the nose, aromas of ripe blackberries, plum, and cassis mingle with hints of oak, vanilla, and a touch of spice. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, with a velvety texture and well-integrated tannins. The fruits from the nose continue onto the palate, along with notes of dark chocolate and a subtle earthiness. The finish is long and lingering, leaving a pleasantly dry sensation on the tongue. This wine is a true testament to the expertise and passion of Domaine Virginie Thunevin, and will surely age gracefully in the cellar. Enjoy with a hearty beef dish or a selection of artisanal cheeses.

Mouton Cadet Select France

Mouton Cadet Select, is the result of the selection from the best parcels of highest terroirs across the Bordeaux region. Created in 1930, by Baron Philippe de Rothschild, Mouton Cadet has become a standard-setter for Bordeaux wines in France and rapidly overseas. The nose initially reveals black cherry, very ripe red fruit notes, hints of mocha and spice. From a supple and voluptuous attack on attractive fruit, the mid-palate displays powerful flavours with forward red fruit, leading into a long and spicy finish.

Georges Duboeuf Fleurie

The Fleurie has an intense crimson colour and reveals a range of fruity and floral aromas: iris, violets, roses, red berries and wild peaches. The Fleurie is elegant and fine, and generally described as "feminine". We recommend to taste this wine at 13-14°C.

Mr Riggs Baxter's Block McLaren Vale Shiraz Cabernet

Lifted and fragrant with floral notes on the nose. A full flavoured Shiraz Cabernet with aromas of dark red fruits, freshly crushed mint and a fine grained tannin structure. It's an exceptional representation of two of McLaren Vales most popular varieties.

Clarence Dillon Bordeaux Red

This red wine conveys balance and elegance rather than jammy concentration. The subtle character and structure of Clarendelle Bordeaux Red come from its inspired blend of three traditional varietals, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. By blending the quality and characteristics of each varietal, the Domaine Clarence Dillon oenologists and the Clarence Dillon Wines team produce perfectly harmonious wines. This blend is a beautiful, bright ruby-red colour with very fresh, fruity aromas. The vibrancy of the bouquet follows through to the palate, accompanied by notes of red fruit, blackcurrant and cherry. Well-structured and vivacious with fine, silky tannins and pronounced minerality. The aftertaste is wonderfully long and bursting with delicious flavours.

Tikves Merlot Special Selection

Dry red wine with a deep ruby red color. It exhibits refined grape aromas, honey and a mixture of caramelized wild berries. Its harmonious flavor is a result of the balance between acids, extracts and alcohol content, full bodied, rounded with velvety tannin and a long finish. Pairs exquisitely with lamb, pork or chicken at 16-18C.

Château Sissan Grande Reserve

Intense nose, softly herbal and floral. Great weight in the mouth, with lovely texture, body and feel. Nicely worked blackcurrant and black cherry fruit, and velvety tannins. Overall really nicely balanced, with perseverance and drive. Fresh and cooling minty finish. A blend of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. Part of the vineyard is in organic conversion.

Chateau Prieure Marquet Bordeaux Superior

A very good example here of the kind of classy Bordeaux you can find outside of the top villages on the Right Bank. This 100% Merlot is packed full of charm with layers of ripe blackberry, olive and cedar fruits with sweet oak sitting comfortably in the background showing the power and richness of fruit we've come to expect from the exceptional 2016 vintage. It's then bone dry with ample flesh; the tannins quite firm and structural for Merlot with dark fruits showing the first signs of aging thanks to dried herb and earthy complexity. It's a little rustic but delivers plenty of classic Bordeaux character to enjoy over the medium term. If you're not a merlot fan this will win you over.

Ronan By Clinet Bordeaux Superior

Ronan by Clinet continues its reign as an undisputed best-seller, and the 2018 vintage is no exception. This 100% Merlot red offers a luscious, ripe experience reminiscent of the sought-after style of Pomerol's grand vins. Expect an opulent, sumptuous wine with intense flavors of black cherry and plum, all wrapped in a rich, powerful, and fruit-driven nose. It's the perfect choice for those who love Pomerol and crave a delicious, concentrated expression of Merlot.
