Peter Drayton Wildstreak Old Vine Semillon

"A delicious wine with flavours andaromas of citrus and tropical fruits with an herbaceous crisp and long clean finish. Perfect with Thai Green curry."

Mercer Wines Semillon

This classic Hunter Semillon offers a lively citrus and talc-infused nose, with refreshing grapefruit and minerality on the palate. Its zesty acidity harmonises with the distinct mineral core, creating an elegant and refreshing wine that epitomises the Hunter Valley's winemaking tradition in every sip.

WILD REN WINES OFF DRY SEMILLON

Aromas of candied citrus and tropical fruits with crisp apples on the palate. A balance of acidity and sweetness with a refreshing finish. A delicate sweetness on the front palate with a rounded and crisp finish. Premium Hunter Semillon with a stylish twist.

MERCER WINES VERMENTINO

Grown on the Roxburgh vineyard in the Upper Hunter Valley, no other varietal represents a sustainable growing future like Vermentino. Naturally high acid makes a bright, textural delight with tangy citrus flavour and acidity. Plenty of crunch and energy, we hope this wine is still around in the warmer months.

Vinden Wines Chardonnay

A modern Hunter ‘Chardy’, balancing fruit and minerality with texture and beautiful lees weight. Sourced from the Howard family Somerset Vineyard. Minimal Sulfites added.

Binet Family Wines Hunter Valley Crazy Coq White Field Blend

Vintage 2021 Region Hunter/Hilltops, NSW. This year's wine is inspired by the classic Alsatian white wines of France, wines that are fruit driven and often a sweet touch. A blend of Semillon, Riesling and Arneis produces a foral driven nose, middle palate sweetness with a crisp citrus finish. A perfect match for cheese and fresh seafood. Drink well chilled.

Dalwood Estate Hunter Valley Semillon

Fragrant, pure and elegant Hunter Valley Semillon from the longest running commercial vineyard in Australia. A little history: George Wyndham arrived in Australia in 1823 and promptly set about assembling vast agricultural holdings stretching from Inverell to the Liverpool Plains. In 1904, Penfolds purchased Wyndham Estate and renamed it Dalwood. 63 years later Perc McGuigan, bought the vineyard and winery and renamed it Wyndham Estate, but the Dalwood brand was sold on to Sam and Christie Arnaout and Sweetwater Wines 50 years later, and so Dalwood Estate proudly announces that it is the birthplace of Australian wine. The wines are made by Bryan Currie of Hungerford Hill. Dalwood Estate Semillon grows in sandy loam soil on the south bank of the Hunter River. The 2022 vintage was cool with ample rainfall. The fruit is fragrant with lemon pith and lime zest; the palate is pure and elegant.

Hungerford Hill Classic Hunter Valley Vermentino

Hand picked and wild fermented with natural yeast in older barriques; adding fabulous texture and weight to the quince and lime aromas.

Hungerford Hill Classic Hunter Valley Semillon
