Balanced acidity integrates with these wonderful elements, ending the wine in a fresh, crisp and enticing finale. Pair it with chicken Caesar salad, pork chops with tarragon, or steamed mussels, to relish its grand flavours to the fullest.

Hungerford Hill Fish Cage Chardonnay

This Fish Cage Chardonnay contains small amounts of Verdelho and Viognier, which enhance the uniqueness as well as complexity of the wine. Showing a bright straw green colour, this Hunter Valley Chardonnay exudes fragrances of white pear, tropical fruit and citrus from its luscious bouquet. The palate is full flavoured and fleshy, seamlessly balancing the ripe Chardonnay flavours with nuances from Verdelho and Viognier.
