Another terrific wine from Paul Mas. The nose shows lifted honeysuckle and white peach and the palate is juicy and well balanced with a long, smooth finish. Excellent example of the variety.

The grapesfor this wine were picked from our 40 year old vines grown in the volcanic soilof the ancient Fordwich Sill. These low yielding mature vines produce ripe, concentrated fruitwhich results in a wine with excellent regional and varietal characters.

Light with refreshing acidity, Paul Mas Sauvignon Blanc is different to the fruit ripe New Zealand style Sauvignon, which is packed with passionfruit. In place are gooseberry and lifted white floral notes aroma on the nose. Great steeling mineral on the palate. A fantastic example from the region.

Belvino Prosecco DOC Rosé is characterized by aromas of cherry and berries on the nose with delicate floral notes. Its crisp and light on the palate with a persistent foam.

Pizzini Arneis is grown and made in the foothills of the King Valley. This delicate grape ripens slowly in the protective Autumn mists and shows a bouquet of quince and almond and the palate displays wonderfully elegant fruit flavours.

The Porta Dante Organic Prosecco is made from organically grown grapes picked at their peak maturity and vinified at low temperatures in order to preserve the delicate fruit characters. The second fermentation and subsequent resting on the lees require at least 60 days in order to obtain a fine, persistent bead and mouthfeel. A fine effervescent bead and luminescent yellow colour make this an attractive and lively Prosecco.
