Licor 43 Spanish Liqueur
Licor 43 is an amazingly versatile Spanish liqueur with sensationally smooth layered flavours of vanilla, citrus and caramel, inspired by the legendary Licor Mirabilis created more than 2,000 years ago. Today, Licor 43 is still produced in Cartagena, Spain, from a secret Spanish family recipe of Mediterranean citrus fruits infused with selected botanicals.

The Cape Dry Gin is a beautifully balanced, juniper-forward gin made in a classic dry gin style, but with additional botanicals grown and harvested in the Cape Peninsula in South Africa. These mountain buchus add lovely herbal and floral aromas and flavours.

Ruby Gin is the fun Gin. Heady scents of Rose and Lavender blend with the deeper, darker fruity notes of Honeybush lifted by the exotic scent of Hibiscus. The colour is derived from an infusion with Hibiscus flowers. This is a Gin that invites exploration and is superb with flavoured tonics, and abundant fruit for delicious cocktails with a contemporary style.
DOM Bénédictine Herbal Liqueur
It is claimed that Dom Bénédictine is made from a traditional recipe from the Dominican Order of Monks (D.O.M) of 1510, lost then later rediscovered by wine merchant Alexandre Le Gran in the 19th century. Today Dom Bénédictine is one of the worlds favourite liqueurs. Its secret recipe contains aged Cognac blended with 27 individual herbs, roots and spices with a mellow touch of honey. Best served neat, on ice, or in cocktails.
