Hungerford Hill Fishcage Semillon Sauvignon Blanc
Thomas Wines Synergy Semillon

Aromas of passionfruit and jasmine aromatics. On the palate rich in grapefruit and passionfruit flavours with lemon notes. Perfect for a picnic with an ocean view.
David Hook Pecorino
The love affair with alternative Italian varietals continues at David Hook wines. Pecorino is a new arrival, but it was well worth the wait. So latent yet complex.Very pale with a silver fleck. Grapefruit pith, yellow apple and almond aromas. Light-bodied yet very expressive with a bright mix of white and yellow fruit, an underlying nutty layer, mouth-watering acidity and a touch of talc-like grip.
Tyrrells Pokolbin Hills Semillon
A different expression altogether sans the benefit of bottle age. Youthful. Zesty. Punchy. As filigreed of talcy acidity and fine boned as the rest of the crew, this is guava, lemon grass and sherbet, teeming along a line of candied citrus chew. The wine will blossom in the medium term, but will not shy away from some aged furrows and complexity. Alcohol: 12%. Closure: screwcap. Date tasted: Jan 2018. Drink by: 2029. Price: $35. Rating: 94/100.
Tyrrells Special Release Fiano
The Italian grape, Fiano, is one of Australia's key alternate grape varieties. It is perfectly suited to the climate of the Hunter Valley. An unwooded style, the wine has intense varietal characteristics with aromas of pear and spice. The palate is perfectly balanced between fruit intensity and textural elements from the solids ferment, with a brisk acidity. A food friendly wine ready for immediate enjoyment. A rising star of the Hunter.
Tyrrell's Estate Grown Chardonnay
Entirely sourced from Tyrrell's famous HVD vineyard. These dry grown blocks were planted in 1984 and 2003 and together they produce a modern style that has both richness and finesse.
Hungerford Hill Fish Cage Hunter Valley Semillon Sauvignon Blanc
The Fish Cage Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is from the bank of the Hunter River. A blend of two classic varietals; where the Semillon brings aroma of lemon curd, lime leaf and a textured lanolin palate; the Sauvignon Blanc adds exotic tropical fruit with juicy acidity. The classic and seamless blend has profusion of flavour and a refreshing crisp finish. Fish Cage wines are vibrant, fun and and easy escape. We are often asked, "Why is there a fish in the cage?" The wines are expressive and sometimes quirky; juts like a fish that wants to be different. Enjoy and have a little fun, Cheers!
Leogate Estate Arrowfield Chardonnay
An elegant wine displaying stone and orchard fruit flavours melded to a core of cashew and fig, all balanced by a seam of fresh acidity. 50% of the wine was fermented and matured in a combination of new and 1 year old French Hogsheads with partial malolactic fermentation, giving texture and complexity, the rest in stainless steel, to retain freshness.
