Kellermeister's Barossa Vineyards Shiraz has been crafted with immediate enjoyment in mind. Showcasing freshness, richness, generosity of flavour and vivacity of fruit, the unique regional and varietal characteristics are certainly evident in this wine. Great for everyday drinking, the Shiraz is ideal on its own but will also pair nicely to a range of red meats or cheeses.

GSM is a red wine blended from Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvedre. Originally from France, this one is an Aussie offering from Barossa. It's fresh and silky with flavours of fresh berries and cherry. Really nice with lamb.

From vines over or approaching 100 years old, this was open - fermented with wild yeast, then spent 18 months in some new, mainly old, French oak barriques. Concentration shows in the colour and aroma of this shiraz, as well as the powerful, full-bodied palate, which shows guts and grip, if not great elegance. Dense chocolate and blackberry aromas are a feauture of this beautiful wine.

Aromas A characterful wine with aromas of blackcurrant, blueberry, dark plums, dark boiled lollies, pomegranate, with hints of coconut and cedar oak. At Grant Burge Wines, we challenged ourselves to come up with the most vibrant and impactful wines possible. The result was ink. This is a lush and bold Shiraz with a dash of fortified wine showcasing sweet fruit, depth of shiraz flavour and a huge amount of warmth and generosity.

Bursting with quintessential Pepperjack character, this Mid Strength wine displays aromas of blackberries and plums with hints of pepper and spice. The palate is rich, round, and soft with concentrated berry fruits and soft velvety tannins. BUT, is 7% lighter in alcohol than a standard Pepperjack Shiraz.

St Hallett Butchers Cart Shiraz gives vibrant and rich blueberry and dark cherry with a hint of mocha. A bold an opulent palate, filled with generous red berry fruits, dark plums and completed by supple supportive tannins.
