These lush elements are supported by the structural acid as well as natural and elegant tannins, to culminate in a delightful and lingering finale. Crafted to age gracefully over time, this wonderful blend tastes amazing with Spanish cuisine as well as sheep milk cheeses.

Hungerford Hill Fish Cage Chardonnay

This Fish Cage Chardonnay contains small amounts of Verdelho and Viognier, which enhance the uniqueness as well as complexity of the wine. Showing a bright straw green colour, this Hunter Valley Chardonnay exudes fragrances of white pear, tropical fruit and citrus from its luscious bouquet. The palate is full flavoured and fleshy, seamlessly balancing the ripe Chardonnay flavours with nuances from Verdelho and Viognier. This wine tastes best consumed with shellfish, pastas and fish pates.
