It was wild fermented and left to mature in French oak for ten months with regular bâtonnage to build concentration, complexity, and character. This wine saw 45% brand-new French oak for its maturation.

This aromatic white blend is a fusion of 92% Sauvignon Blanc grapes with 8% Semillon grapes. These fruit parcels were harvested in the cool of the night and then cold pressed.
