THREE DREAMERS is a tribute to our story and to our partner, who is no longer with us, that we want to celebrate with a great wine made from selected Montepulciano D’Abruzzo grapes, from our Cantalupo Estate in Abruzzo. The grapes are left to dry, for more than 2 months, in optimal conditions, with a process created by our research & development department. Having read this description, you might think we are talking about an Amarone made with Montepulciano grapes, but when you taste the wine, you will realize that it has incredible organoleptic characteristics that allow it to excel from every point of view. COLOUR : Deep ruby red with shades of black plum. BOUQUET : The aromas are deep and complex, ripe fruit, raisins, blackberries, sour cherries, cinnamon with touches of vanilla and dark chocolate. FLAVOUR : The palate has a powerful rush of cocoa powder, with notes of jammy blackcurrant and hints of mocha espresso and caramel toffee. The seamlessly integrated palate of powdery tannins frame the perfect acidity, giving a long texture on the finish. RECOMMENDED WITH : Its elegance and structure make it perfect with game, red meats or matured cheeses. It is also an ideal accompaniment for lengthy conversations. Antinori Solaia is an intense ruby red colour. A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese, it delivers aromas of ripe fruit, spices, black pepper, chocolate, coffee and vanilla.

Slightly sparkling - frizzante - this is an excellent example of Lambrusco from Modena in north-eastern Italy. Soft and mildly sweet it has only 8% alcohol and is a perfect thirst quencher on a sunny afternoon or as a partner for pizza!

This is Ciabot Berton's signature wine and a blend of 3 great Cru vineyards, creating a complex alluring wine with aromas of leather, tar and roses. The palate is powerful with rich dark fruit. Typical of the 2007 vintage, it is a Barolo that is stunning now due to its elegance, but will continue to cellar very well.

Product is blended and stocked in steel tanks before bottling. This blend aims to display an international style whilst maintaining the taste characteristics of a typical Veronese wine. The grape mix makes it unique, unusual and interesting. Pale yellow colour. On the nose it displays citrus-like notes and hints of acacia. On the palate it has good acidity, with suggestions of pears and rennet apples. Flavour floods your palate and it has a pleasing, persistent finish.
