Blended from the mainstay Tuscan grape variety Sangiovese and a small amount of Canaiolo, this savoury, flavoursome wine is the perfect companion for antipasto and soups.

The palate is a mix of violets and spice with hints of dutch licorice and lingering plum and cherry flavours. This Shiraz was picked at optimum ripeness and fermented with 10% whole bunch. French barriques were used in the fermentation process to give a softness to the palate, as was a small percentage of Viognier. The result is a great Margaret River Shiraz with grounded savoury notes along with ripeness and spicy lift.
