Dark plum aromas and cedar notes from twelve months in french oak hogsheads showcase its red fruits andearthy characters on this soft elegant palate with a dry finish. Analysis Alcohol: 13.5% pH: 3.69 TA: 6.5 Oak: French and American Oak Barriques

Allandale from the Hunter Valley produce a lovely Chardonnay that has a great full body to it with nuances of peach and apricot and nice level of complexity due to the new American and French oak employed.

Lisa McGuigan Platinum Chardonnay

Scarborough Semillon

From red clay soils this is a more generous take on Hunter Valley Semillon. Nicely textured with lime and lemon intensity, some zesty freshness, and a long finish and lifted herbaceous characters.

First Creek (Hunter Valley) Shiraz

First Creek are really winning over a lot of new fans, especially wine drinkers who may have previously not given the Hunter Valley its fair dues. In the glass: Deep garnet to purple. On the nose: Black and blueberry fruit, and spice. On the palate: Medium to full-bodied with luscious texture and soft tannins. Showing black cherry, blueberry and vanilla alongside red liquorice notes. Long and moreish.

Boydell's Verdelho

In the glass: Pale and bright.On the nose: Fragrant citrus and tropical fruit lift.On the palate: Ripe and juicy, strongly varietal with tropical pineapple and ginger spice notes. Shows a sweet fruit core but remains clean and dry with fresh yet soft acidity. Classic Hunter Verdelho.

Hungerford Hill Early Bird Moscato

In the glass: Pale pink. On the nose: Musk, nectarine, peach and white grapes. On the nose: Plump, soft and full of fruit with a sweet mix of stonefruit, guava and grapes, a gentle balancing spritz and lovely texture adding to its charm. A very well made Moscato and true to style.
