This hand crafter natural wine is created from Certified Organic/Biodynamic Shiraz grapes. The grapes were picked at ultimate ripeness to encapsulate the delicate flavours and crisp acidity. After whole bunch basket press to minimise skin contact the juice was cool fermented resulting in the beautiful light salmon hue.
