Maxwell Honey Mead is made by fermenting pure South Australian honey, using one of the oldest recipes. It has light beewax mixed with cooked citrus aromas on the nose and hints of floral and apricot on the palate with a clean finish. This Tawny shows surprising qualities of age and sheer quality of the blend. It has rancio, toffee and the classic cherry skin/nutty combo of Portuguese Port. The palate is generous, showing sweetness but cleverly staying just shy of sticky, with a fine drying, tingling finish.

Sánchez Romate NPU Amontillado show vivid amber tones, almond aromas with a touch of oak and the taste is dry, persistent and unusually delicate.

Oscar.697 Rosso has a strong notes of Absinthe, Rhubarb and Licorice. It is 16% ABV with the same relatively low sugar percentage as the Bianco. Its rich colour is obtained naturally using burnt sugar, without added dyes or synthetic caramel.

Oscar·697 Bianco has a strong notes of Bergamot, Yarrow Muscat and Elderflower. It is 16% ABV, while the sugar level is kept relatively low at 14% to ensure the final product is drier and more bitter than other labels.

The 10 year old displays lifted aromas of dried fruits and nuts. Rich and smooth on the palate with flavours of toffee and paneforte, it has elegant structure and a long, dry finish.
