Champions of cool-climate New South Wales, Logan have produced a Merlot with balanced fruit sweetness with true complexity. Montepulciano has long been one of Italys most important and versatile grape varieties. The grapes for PEMO Montepulciano are grown exclusively on hillside slopes in the Abruzzo region, at an altitude of at least 250 metres above the sea level. Montepulciano has a rich red colour, with a cherryish nose. A deeply characterful wine with an abundance of flavour, it's delightfully soft and velvety, with red and black berry fruits, and a smooth, gentle finish.

Grapes: 100% Pecorino Vineyard Area: Our Pecorino grapes grow in the province of Chieti, in the Abruzzo region of Central Italy, at 130 m from sea level, facing South and East on limestone-clay soil. Age Of Vines: In average 10-15 years old. Plant Training And Density: The vineyards are all trained using the Guyot method. Plant density is approximately 3.500 vines per hectare. Harvest: Our grapes are hand-picked in the first week of September. Vinification: The Pecorino grapes are de-stemmed and softly crushed. The must is then chilled to 12°C and left to rest for approximately 18 hours. The juice is then placed in stainless steel tanks for fermentation, which is carried out using selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 18°C. The wine is left to rest in stainless tanks for 2 months. Winemaker’s Notes: Straw-yellow colour with some green hints. A refreshing, crisp white wine with sweet ripe fruit of peach and mango with warm spices and minerals. On the palate it has a rounded flavour, a creamy texture with peaches and an intense, clean finish. It is a great partner to grilled fish, fresh cheeses and white meats.

This is produced with grapes from a single vineyard of over 50 years vine age; the ancient clone with the red stem. It is vinified without the use of wood, in full respect of the tradition. Purple-red color with delicate violet reflections. Intense floral and fruity fragrance with enveloping notes of cherries, blackberry jam and violets. Fresh, mineral and super juicy with a typical pleasant almond finish and sweet tannins in the mouth. A very drinkable yet structured Dolcetto, capable also of moderate ageing.

Occupying some of the more elevated land in the Canberra District, Quarry Hill produces a Shiraz with ripe flavours and excellent natural acids; the hallmarks of great cool-climate Shiraz. Aged in a mix of new and older French oak, the wine is bright purple in the glass, follwed by aromas of raspberry, plum, spice and a little pepper. Through the palate, there are flavours of mulberry and plum, fine tannins and a crisp, dry finish.
