The grapes used to produce Mionetto's Prestige Prosecco Brut are obtained from the province of Treviso, an area that has always been dedicated to the production quality Prosecco. This is a dry style sparkling wine with a structure that distinguishes itself by its intense and subtle bubbles and its fruity fragrance of golden delicious apples, liquorice, honey and acacia.

The fruit for this Onannon Mornington Pinot Gris was handpicked and pressed immediately into the tank. It is then settled overnight and racked to both tank and old barrels. A cool fermentation took place over two months during which the wine was stirred regularly to increase texture. Resulting in wine with great aromas such as ripe pears, mixed stone fruits with hints of cooked green apple in the background. It then leads to a full flavoured, textured palate with a delightful finish.

This wine is made from vineyards in the Parkburn area of Cromwell. All the grapes are hand harvested and fermented in small lots in stainless steel tanks helping to retain fruit purity and finesse. The wine is full, dry and textural, it displays excellent fruit structure, intensity and mineral length.

You're guaranteed to be in top company with this Pinot Grigio in a 2 litre cask. A crisp white wine with pear and apple flavours with a nice, refreshing finish. Goes great with seafood and chicken.
