The Vitulus 19 displays a dark ruby red colour, with hints of green peppercorn and forest floor on the nose. The palate provides fruit intensity, embodying flavours of blackcurrant and light blueberry alongside refreshing dried herbs. High sandy tannins and integrated vanillin oak characteristics provide a long and engaging finish.

Deep purple Dark cherries and blue fruits with undertones of stewed fruit and plums with a hint of tobacco. Medium to full palate weight, powerful flavours of spice, pepper and sumac. Structural powdery tannins provide a dry finish to compliment the dark fruits.

The wine has a deep purple and crimson colour with bright red hues. The Night Owl has lifted aromas of dark plum and blackberries covered with a blanket of fire toasted and chocolate oak. There is a depth of flavours with dark plum and forest fruits weaving through layers of mouth-coating yet fine tannins with pepper and spice mix holding through the finish.

Lifted aromas of blue fruits with a core of dark plum, this Coonawarra shiraz is overlaid with spice and hint of toasty oak. Rich plum and Forest berry fruits coat fine-grained tannins with fresh acidity holding the line until the very end.

The nose displays lifted fresh pure red and blue fruits accompanied by subtle spicy cedar oak notes. The palate vibrant fruits of plum and blueberry are supported well by spicy oak. The palate is of medium weight with an elegant structure, round and soft with a fine tannin finish and lingering fruit flavours.
Wynns Coonawarra Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
'Black Label' Cabernet Sauvignon, which was first vintaged in 1954, has evolved markedly over the decades. It is arguably Australia's most recognised Cabernet Sauvignon, and has more than any other, helped define Coonawarra. The wine is matured in new and seasoned French oak for 12 to 18 months. A classic Coonawarra Cabernet with pristine dark berry/ cassis aromas, fine grained tannins and underlying savoury nuances, it develops into a rich, chocolaty wine with age. In a super vintage, this wine can look astonishingly like a 2nd or 3rd growth Bordeaux with its pure cassis aromas and cedary complexity.
