Being attuned with the vineyard – its cycles, its idiosyncrasies, its aspect and of course its full terroir profile. Enjoy lifted aromatics of forest fruits, plum, mint, dark chocolate and tobacco. On the palate, blackberry and mint, some savoury dry herb notes and layers of mocha and spice from oak maturation. The structure is medium to full bodied with fine tannins and great length. An elegant style with great varietal and regional character.

A lovely example of Margaret River Cabernet Merlot, Flametree Cabernet Merlot is showing big dense fruit characters of blackcurrant and stewed plums. A silky seamless palate with rich fruit concentration and chocolaty complexity. Matured in French oak barrels has softened and rounded this wine.

Wine whisperer Stuart Pym has crafted this pure Cabernet Sauvignon loaded with dusty red cherry and blueberry flavours that hit all the right notes.

Cullen, world famous for their Diana Madeline Cabernet Merlot, have introduced another Cab Merlot, a distinguished offshoot of the Langton's classified Diana Madeline. Majority Cabernet Sauvignon blended with Merlot and touch of Petit Verdot gives the wine a luscious, bright cherry flavour with red berries playing their part. Aged in French oak, 40% of which was new, for one year. Delicious to serve with veal, lamb or beef today, but will also reward up to 10 years in the cellar.

Deep purple red colour, the nose is aromatic and lifted with a briar-like quality. The palate is structured and tight but with no meanness or austerity. There is great length of flavour with a nice structured finish and a spade of good natural grape tannins.

Inky dark red/purple in colour. The nose is redolent with rich plums, dark fruits and warm spices, layered and complex. The palate is plush and generous and exhibits amazing length with detailed tannin structure. Howard Park Leston Cabernet Sauvignon, a wine of good structure and power. Bright red crimson in colour. Red currant fruits, a hint of violets and oak on the nose. This full bodied wine had great elegance on the palate and a lengthy finish. No doubt one of the best example of the region.
