Capricorn Spiced is a finely crafted, small batch distillation of Central Queensland molasses. We've left to age in European and American Oak barrels it matures quickly in the tropical heat to produce a dark and hearty spirit. Mixed with a traditional bill of spices that has an Australian twist to it, it drinks superbly straight up, with Ginger Beer and Lime, or in a cocktail. Capricorn Spiced has no added chemicals and is made from all natural ingredients.

Black Barrel is a unique small batch handcrafted blend rum from Mount Gay. Double-pot and single column distillates are aged separately in their own toasted oak whiskey barrels until reaching maturity. Aromas of toasted wood, oaky vanilla, sweet caramel and peppery notes. Warm and medium bodied with notes of bold spice valanced with oaky vanilla and sweet caramel.

Made from Rivière du Mât rum, with natural notes of mango, passion fruit and selected spices, its Arranged Mango Passion recipe can be enjoyed neat or on ice. Rivière du Mât applies its ancestral know-how to Arranged Rums. Made from Rivière du Mât white rum, with natural extracts of ginger, lemon and lime, it is enhanced with selected spices. It can be enjoyed neat or on ice.
