The Butchers Block is a traditional Barossa blend made with grapes selected from the Turkey Flat vineyards, including some from the original old vine plantings. It is a blend of Shiraz, Grenache and Mourvédre (Mataro). 'Part of the grapes come from the home vineyard that has some of the oldest vines in the Barossa, planted by Peter Schulz's great-grandfather Ernest Schulz. The wine has the drive, focus and intensity often missing from this Barossa blend; that said, there are both black and distinctly red fruit components, and the tannins are firm. The Reserva Tempranillo blend from iconic Riojan producer, Marqués de Riscal is made from fruit sourced from outstanding vineyard sites that are in excess of 15 years of age. This fruit is able to withstand the lengthy maturation process in oak due to the fine, complex tannin and acid structure. The resulting wine is classically savoury with notes of dark berries and toasty oak. The palate is long and rounded with interesting hint of spice.

Pouring a gorgeous raspberry hue with aromas of fresh coriander and grated nutmeg. Silky in texture with a juicy palate comprising strawberries and blood orange. Partial whole bunch fermented delivering a subtle amount of warming spice to finish. Sam Wigan started out in the wine industry by working a vintage with his father at Peter Lehmann wines before heading to Geyser Peak in California. Returning to Australia with the winemaking bug, Sams style involves letting the varietal characteristics of the grapes shine through, by using natural/wild fermentation and malolactic fermentation, with minimal additions and no finings. Having a nice meal with friends and family is one of his favourite things, so he crafts the wines to be fun, drinkable and best enjoyed with food and good company. Squealing Pig is a tale about a pig who wanted more from life. Keen on wine, but not a fan of the boar, he went on an adventure to Marlborough and Central Otago seeking out Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir and Rosé wines with a difference. Pale salmon colour it is a crisp, silky smooth style of Sparkling Rose. Intensely aromatic on the nose and tastes full and luscious on the palate.

The name of this outstanding wine, 'The Holy Trinity' symbolises the Burge family's migration to the Barossa in the 1850's. The family, the vines and their faith created a tradition of winemaking that has continued for five generations. This wine also pays homage to the Barossa, encapsulating the three traditional red varieties of the Barossa - Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvedre. Under guidance of head winemaker Craig Stansborough, the three varieties come together to make a complex and flavour filled red.

This Grand Tawny from South Australias Langhorne Creek is a bold blend of Grenache and shiraz grape varieties. Aged 10 years, its rich, warm palate makes it the perfect accompaniment to chocolate and caramel cakes.

Marqués de Riscal Próximo is a new addition to the Marqués range and is a bright and fruit driven Rioja style sourced from slightly younger Tempranillo vines. Very strict parcel selection along with traditional picking techniques, this Rioja is bursting with dark blackberry fruit with notes of rich, ripe plums. Hints of liquorice and star anise also give the wine a superb backbone that is perfectly suited many Mediterranean cuisines.
