Our 2021 Flying Fish Cove displays the lifted aromatics combined with a succulent and powerful palate that is so synonymous with these styles. To us, we see it as an indication that they've seen something, smelt something or felt something in that style, in that place. To hear that James Kalleske had chosen to produce an SBS from Margaret River was very exciting, albeit unsurprising - there's nowhere that it does it better in the country. Well, all we'll say is this, whatever James saw, smelt or felt, that brought him to venture as far as Margaret River to create this wine, we feel it too. And so will you - pop the top and get stuck in before it's all gone!
