Early Harvest wines are created from selected parcels of flavour ripe grapes harvested from early ripening regions in South Eastern Australia. This fruit, coupled with careful winemaking, creates a uniquely refreshing wine which is at least 25% lighter in alcohol and calories. The fresh fruit flavours of Semillon and cut grass and lychee flavours of Sauvignon Blanc are balanced by the crisp dry finish, providing an easy drinking style of wine.

The fruit is destemmed and sent to static fermenters for a long cool fermentation. Once pressed off skins the wine is pressed off to oak barrels for 9 months maturation of 9. Pale straw colour with nettles, limes, guava and tropical fruits combine to produce a complex nose, which is enhanced with some butterscotch lees characters. The palate is vibrant and fresh with a lovely concentration of tropical and subtle tropical flavours. The wine finishes with persistence and a lingering attractive textural flavour.
