Aromas of ripe red apple and tropical fruits jump out of the glass of Amberley Chimney Brush Chenin Blanc. Lovely Pineapple and lychee flavours fill the palate. Can be enjoyed as an aperitif or with spicy Asian dishes.

Fruit for this wine was hand-selected from our single-site Yarra Valley vineyard. The wine was aged in both seasoned French barriques and state of the art stainless steel tanks for four months. Pale straw in colour, notes of green apple and citrus with hints of blossom. The palate is generous with firm acidity.

Made with 100% Chenin blanc, this is a dry expression of sparkling Vouvray. The nose is very typical of the Chenin Blanc grape with delicate notes of apricot, honey and quince with soft fruit flavours and minerality on the finish.

We all recognise that this most Northern Cru bears a name which is gentle to the ear and to the heart. It is the wine of poets and lovers. If it did not exist, life would be a little less charming. The village of Saint Amour gives its name to this wine. Produced from a 47 year old gamay vineyard, this wine impresses with wonderful complexity and supple, rich and smooth flavours.
