Santa & D'Sas Merlot
Medium crimson in colour with purple hues. Lifted aromas of plums, red currants and boysenberries burst from the glass combined with an attractive dried herb and spice lift. Now out on his own, this new venture not only shows his skillful winemaking but captures the essence of the region and the reason its so renowned. Balanced, peppery, has good power and lots of smoky, meaty tannin, showing blueberries, blackberried and black cherries.
