Bimbadgen Ridge Shiraz Cabernet Merlot is a medium bodied wine that combines the firm fruity characters of Shiraz with the length and finish of Cabernet and soft fleshy Merlot.

Taylors Reserve Parcel Cabernet Sauvignon has an aroma of rich blackcurrant, subtle spice, tomato leaf and a touch of eucalypt. French oak maturation is also evident with subtle aromas of cedar and dark chocolate.

This deep red Shiraz is filled with aromas of blackberry and plum intergrated with toasty vanillian oak. This medium bodied wine is packed with crunchy wild berries. cranberry compote and savoury notes of dried herbs and spicy oak. All supported by a refreshing acidity and firm but fine tannins typical of Sangiovese that gives it length and persistence on the palate.
