Created using our base spirit which is grown, harvested & distilled at our East Coast Distillery, located in the pristine Island state of Tasmania, this artisan style Hopped Gin is a combination of the 9 botanicals which include locally sourced Tasmanian pepperberries, lemon myrtle, and the renowned Tasmanian hop. We pass alcohol vapour through a mixture of juniper and hop, creating a perfect fusion of flavours. Our classic Small Batch flavour with a delicate but rich hoppy nose and a long smooth finish.

Tiny Bear Distillery Christmas Pudding Gin

Tiny Bear Distillery is a micro-distillery located in the outer Melbourne suburb of Knoxfield. Opening their doors in June of 2018, they released three signature gins as well as two liqueurs. Tiny Bear Distillery has an innovative approach to creating its products, driven by the creator’s Chemistry and Biology teaching background. Quality of the product is always Tiny Bears priority, as each and every batch is created from their own kale wash, distilled in their 200L copper column still and then bottled and labelled by hand. Each gin has its own distinct original flavour profile, using only the freshest and if possible locally sourced botanicals. Christmas Pudding just like Grandma used to make. They've swapped out the usual gin botanicals for currants, cranberries, apricots and orange to make this fruity number. Finished off with a subtle drop of spice and decadent almond, this gin will make a heavenly summer gin and tonic garnished with a generous chunk of orange.

Prohibition Liquor Co's Blood Orange Gin

The short season in Adelaide of blood oranges herald winter turning to spring. To celebrate, their blood oranges were sourced from a single orchard near Loxton, then peeled and distilled with the finest botanicals within days of picking. Cool nights and sweltering days, typical of the region, produce the perfect growing conditions. Juicy, loud, and playful – they are paired with Riverland lemons and mandarins for citrus contrast and depth. Strawberry gum, chamomile and cinnamon myrtle enhance the floral characteristics.

Prohibition Liquor Co's Moonlight Gin

Prohibition Liquor Co.’s Moonlight Gin is an homage to all things flourishing under the cover of darkness. A dance of flavour, florals and aromas, watch the colour-shift explode with luminescence when mixed. This bootlegger’s bouquet combines cold distilled pink lady apple with native blood limes and rare red juniper. Black goji, clove and hibiscus tease the mid palate, sandalwood nut provides mouthfeel while honeybush gives length. Our most baroque creation yet delivers a pink gin for those unafraid to embrace their dark side.

This is a powerful, full flavoured and complex gin created using our very own grape spirit base, for drinkers of Gin with a little bit of a kick. Grown, harvested & distilled at our East Coast Distillery, located in the pristine Island state of Tasmania, this Artisan style Navy Strength Gin is made using a combination of 9 botanicals which include locally sourced Tasmanian Pepperberries and Lemon Myrtle to name a few. The full flavoured, strong finish is enough to compliment any cocktail but, we think, much like the sailors of old that it is best enjoyed by itself, a sipping gin if you will.

Billy Goat's Gin Wise Old Goat

Never Never Distilling Co Juniper Freak Gin

Never Never Distilling Co Juniper Freak Gin 500ml 58%

Four Pillars Green Apple & Rhubarb Gin

The starting point for this gin was the freshly pressed rhubarb juice from the gardens of our Distiller Series partner, Warner’s Distillery. And what better to complement rhubarb than delicious fresh apples grown in the Yarra Valley? The distilling team got to work, setting out to create a gin that balanced the freshness and acidity of the fruit, with warm sweetness and spice. And we decided to look a little left of field for some of our botanicals like cacao shell – a waste product from the chocolate-making process – and fig leaf which we “foraged” from the gardens of our Four Pillars team and other friends around Healesville. It was a great idea…until we had to collect thousands of leaves. The dry botanicals and spice went into the pot, with Pink Lady apples and lemons in the botanical basket, and then post-distillation, three very special liquids were added to blend with the gin. First up was the rhubarb juice from Warner’s which is all fresh and tangy. Then there is the apple juice which brings a hint of sweetness with plenty of acidity to boot. And finally, the apple cider spirit (or eau de vie if you’re fancy) which Assistant Distiller and former cider brewer, Alice, distilled, which adds depth and complexity as well as beautiful perfume aromatics. The final gin is all bright, crisp, fresh fruit balanced with richer winter spices and an endless depth of flavour.
