Picked late, when all signs of the frenetic buzz of vintage have faded, the golden fruit is brought into the winery. Great care and calculation are needed to turn these previous berries into a beautiful and alluring wine with delicate sweet complexity. Our 2022 Late Picked Viognier has the perfect balance between elegant sweet floral concentration and fresh citrus acidity.

The very first Gruner Veltliner from the Eden Valley, growing blissfully alongside their natural soulmate, Riesling (and showing some similar characters). Rich golden yellow in colour with an intriguing floral nose of blossom and stone fruit. The palate is rich and broad offering nectarine and white peach with back notes of citrus and grapefruit. A beautifully textural wine yet a pure, clean, mineral finish.

The Eden Valley altitudes were always going to be the source for Kym Teusner's grand Cabernet statement. The fruit is awesome beyond belief, and it shows in this ridiculously underpriced masterstroke. An entitled mouthful of dark currants and blue fruits have a lasting depth all their own, wrapped in a precision poised tannin structure with grip and presence, yet silky throughout. Could be rookie of the year!

A Shoemaker, also known as a Corviser, once lived at the bridge over the creek. When he passed on, the place was then named after his most important tool, Snob, the small anvil used to shape the toe end of a boot. The Corviser Pinot Noir shows elegance and finesse. Spicy cherry aromas with a characteristically vibrant mouth feel. Combined with the well-integrated oak, it gives a silky finish towards the beautifully balanced wine.
