A full suite of white grapes - Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche, Menu Pinot, Chenin Blanc, and Sauvignon Blanc have contributed in their own unique way to this stylish blanc de blancs. Light yellow, pale gold with very fine bubbles. Fresh on the nose, with floral notes. Rich and full on the palate an extended finish of fruity notes, showing a clean minerality and citrus. An ideal celebratory drink!

Gabriel Meffre winery was established in 1936. It has since won the repuation as one of the best producers in the southern Rhone. Their Ventoux vineyard is located mainly on the sediment left by the seas of the Tertiary period at the base of the limestone massif of Ventoux. The wine is made from grenache and syrah, each component vinified separately before blending, then maturation in vats for 10 months. The result is a wine with a deep red robe and a purple hue. The nose is enticing with hints of ripe red fruits and spices, and the mouth is elegant and round with a spicy finish. This Ventoux, with its spiciness and fruit expression, will pair nicely with charcuterie, a vegetable curry or lamb colombo.

This delightful French pinot noir boasts a beautiful garnet colour with purplish reflections. Notes of fresh red fruits (strawberries, blackberries) and floral nuances greet the nose. Vignoble Aucoeur is the oldest family domain of the Morgon village, in the heart of Beaujolais. Arnaud Aucoeur has been voted 2020 Winemaker of the Year by the famous Guide Hachette in France. To perpetuate the legacy of his ancestors, Arnaud makes some of his wines, including his famous “Moulin à vent”, in wooden containers. Barrels, tons and semi-casks are all housed on the farm. The grapes are manually-harvested from vines of about fifty years, exclusively from Gamay grapes. This Fleurie seduces with its finesse and silky texture. Bright ruby color, it offers a rich creaminess, elegance, floral and fruity aromas.Combining Richness with a perfumed fruitiness, this wine has fine tannins and layers of juicy blackberry fruits. It shows both the structured and the fruity side of the appellation in a balanced framework.
