The château and vineyards of Château de Laborde are owned by the Perrin family, renowned for their involvement in the wine industry. The estate spans approximately 20 hectares (49 acres) of vineyards, with a focus on producing red wines. The vineyards are planted with grape varieties typical of Bordeaux, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc for the red wines, and Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon for the white wines. With its distinctive East meets West blue and gold 1932-designed label, Rousseau’s Chambertin is one of Burgundy’s and the world’s greatest and most sought after wines. With 2.56ha of Chambertin—acquired at various times since the 1920s—Rousseau is the largest owner of this historic 12.90 ha Grand Cru that lies between Latricieres Chambertin to the south and Clos de Bèze to the north at between 275-300 metres. Along with Rousseau’s equally mesmerizing Clos de Bèze, the Chambertin is always amongst the best and most long-lived wines of any vintage and even when young you barely notice the 100% new wood given its power and complexity.

Made by the Torres family and coming exclusively from their vineyards located in the municipalities of Porrera and Lloar. Salmos is a Priorat wine, a blend between Carignan, Grenache & Syrah, that manages to achieve an unparalleled balance between power and elegance. Dark ruby red. Rich, ripe wine with floral (confected rose) and fruit (dark cherries, prunes) aromas. Beautifully framed by French oak. Elegant, subtle midpalate, very finely structured tannins and a slight touch of toast (cocoa).

The belnd of rich blackcurrant, bramble and gentle pepper make this a very distinctive wine. Vanilla from the oak is subtle and the tannins are softer than most other cabernets. Silky and satisfying.
