A light and fruity red with varietal notes of sour cherry and red fruit. It finishes softly, is unpretentious and easy to quaff.

The cider is a blend of 18 different cider apple varieties which fall into acidic, sweet, bitter, sweet-bitter and complete apple categories. LAuthentique ciders are made only using cider apples which are exclusive to Northern France including: Arvolles, Judaine Judeline Judor and Baya Marisa which has a red flesh which provides the limpid, pink colour to this rosé cider.LAuthentique Rosé is a dry French cider with the natural aroma of ripe apples. Delicious notes of bittersweet apples upfront are followed by a balanced medium sweetness from the natural sugars of the apples and an exquisitely dry finish.

Its subtle nose will remind of you some fresh butter, nuts and roasted almonds. Its palate is fully bodied and fruity with a pleasant roundness.

100% pinot gris grapes come from different areas located in the south of France: vineyards which are under Mediterranean influence and whose clay and limestone soils bring aromatic richness to the wine, and cooler vineyards in the Aude Valley whose grapes lend finesse and freshness. A floral and fruity nose (lychee, vineyard peach, lemon and grapefruit) that meld with a touch of white pepper and ginger. Round and refreshing on the palate.

Bekkers Syrah Grenache McLaren Vale The Syrah is sourced from red clay-loam over siltstone rock in Clarendon (which they now own) and Grenache from sand over orange sandy-clay in the much vaunted Blewitt Springs. Picked by hand, vinified with 15-30% whole bunches and cold soaked for 5-6 days before natural fermentation and basket pressed to aged French oak 500L puncheons. Deep inky purple with a nose of lavender, violets, blueberry, blackberry, Indian spices and a palate of leafy blackcurrant and a long, soft, silky texture.

This Pinot Noir comes from French vineyards on clay-limestone soils. The climate is hot with maritime influences (cold and humid nights) and therefore, the vines never miss water. The vines are cultivated with the greatest care to preserve Mother Nature and the yields are low. This wine is produced from organically grown grapes (chemical pesticides or fertilizers are strictly forbidden in the vineyards) and is certified by ECOCERT. It displays a lovely crimson shade within a light colour typical of the grape variety. Expressive and characteristic aromas of red and blue berries (raspberry, grenadine, blueberry). The light touch of oak is well integrated and complemented by a hint of menthol and rhubarb. The wine is round, velvety and well-balanced on entry to the palate, with a nice acid structure responsible for the finesse and elegance of the Pinot Noir. It finishes with elegant, fresh and spicy tannins and a lovely luscious sweetness.
