Saint Clair Wairau Reserve Sauvignon Blanc

Black Cottage Marlborough Pinot Noir

Garnet in colour, the wine displays aromas of cherry cola, violets, star anise and pink peppercorns. The palate has black forest chocolate notes, tobacco leaf, Danish liquorice and spice. Berry fruit flavours are supported by grainy tannins and a juicy finish.

Te Mata Estate Cape Crest Sauvignon Blanc

Urlar Sauvignon Blanc

The majority of ripe grapes for this magnificent organic Sauvignon Blanc were fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel. The drink features a clear appearance, with just a hint of green. The soft bouquet offers subtle fragrances of white florals, stone fruits and fresh herbs. This multidimensional Urlar Sauvignon Blanc is rich and full on the palate, brimming with flavours of passionfruit, gooseberry and stone fruit. Lovely minerality balances this elegant palate, and together with all the elements, culminates in a satisfying finish. Serve this restrained Sauv Blanc with feta cheese, herb marinated white meat preparations, or shucked oysters.

Chard Farm Pinot Gris

The aroma is very floral and complex offering ripe pear, dried herbs and flint. There is excellent fruit weight and texture on the palate, where the full ripe pear flavours lead to a fresh, spicy and long finish. Our Pinot Gris is made from fruit grown on our Tiger and Sinclair vineyards in the Parkburn area of Cromwell. All the grapes are hand harvested and fermented in small lots in stainless steel tanks helping to retain fruit purity and finesse. The wine is full, dry and textural, it displays excellent fruit structure, intensity and mineral length.

Mt Difficulty Bannockburn Sauvignon Blanc

A late ripening season has resulted in zesty gooseberry bound tightly in white floral aromas, with a hint of dried hay. Ripe gooseberry and savoury floral notes introduce the wine before moving into a linear flowing mid-palate. There is a nice touch of urgency with more herbs and quince notes on the finish. This wine is ideal for sensible summer evening drinking. Mt Difficulty Sauvignon Blanc will improve for 3-5 years given optimal cellaring conditions.

Saint Clair Omaka Reserve Chardonnay Australia

Isabel Estate Vineyard Chardonnay

Settlement Heritage Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc

Lively organic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc from an excellent new producer.

Settlement Poplars Chardonnay

Founded by Steve Planthaber, originally from Adelaide but post school left for the South Island of New Zealand. A move to Marlborough with his partner Kirsty Sutherland cemented his love for all things wine. Hard not to be inspired when meeting the Sutherland’s who were one of the pioneers of viticulture in the region, part of the original success of Cloudy Bay followed by establishing their own estate Dog Point. Steve was keen to find his own path and after 12 years running the production and operations at Cloudy Bay decided to begin his own wine brand, Settlement. Settlement, named after the stunning Amphitheatre single vineyard site in the Omaka Valley, is dedicated entirely to the production of organic, old vine single vineyard expressions of very special sites in Marlborough. Poplars vineyard is further south in the Brancott Valley, just next to the famous Section 94 vineyard. Named after trees surrounding the site the vines were planted in 1992, Mendoza clone (now 28 years old). Alluvium soils over a clay subsoil as opposed to the river rock/silt of the Wairau valley floor. Hand-picked, racked of solids, wild ferment in barrel, then elevage for 12 months, 15% new.
