This attractive Rose was given its seductive pink hue after the juice made gentle contact with Merlot grape skins. It has vibrant raspberry and cherry aromas with a hint of blackcurrant. The palate is light, crisp and clean. Consume slightly chilled, with good friends and a wide range of cuisines.

The superb wines are made by Todd Payne who has had “a distinguished career, starting in the Great Southern, then the Napa, Plantagenet, Esk Valley in Hawke’s Bay, and on to the Northern Rhône” (Halliday).
